Built Ionex’s Traffic
Engineering process initially utilizing VB scripts that parsed traffic reports
into a database for our Traffic Engineer to use. Worked hand in hand with a
programmer to build a dedicated Traffic Server for this purpose.
·
Performed translations to
“close” the Ionex LD network.
·
Worked and coordinated efforts
to move existing FGD trunk groups from an existing 5ESS LDP to a new 5ESS LDP
to improve network efficiencies.
·
Built and maintained Least Cost
Routing tables in the LD network.
